Ahluwalia Contracts India (ACIL) is a New Delhi based civil engineering contracting firm. ACIL was founded in 1979 by Bikramjit Ahluwalia (CMD). The company constructs malls, hospitals, educational institutes, commercial complexes, luxury hotels, corporate office complexes, and multistoried residential complexes. It`s clientele includes Fiat India, Apollo Tyres India, Moser Baer India , Grand Hyatt Hotels, Tata Projects, C.P.W.D., HUDCO, ITDC, IIT, and DDA. Ahluwalia Contracts is an ISO 9001 - 2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 Company with accredition from DNV.
It has plants in Kolkata, Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai and Baroda.
Financials
The company disclosed fall of 43.13% in standalone net profit on y-o-y basis to Rs 141.44 million, while total income fell 10.78% y-o-y basis to Rs 3.80 billion for the quarter ended December 2010.
