Celebrity Fashions (CELEBRITY) is a Chennai-based manufacturer of men`s and women`s wear. The Company was incorporated on April 28, 1988 as a private limited company and became a public limited company with the present name on Sept. 12, 2005.
The company`s main business includes designing, manufacturing and selling of men`s garments, women`s wear, kidswear and bottoms. In the domestic market, it has its own brands of Indian Terrain and Spirit. It currently has seven factories. The MEPZ-SFZ division in Chennai specializes in manufacturing trousers. Studio Celebrity is the design studio of Celebrity offering services like CADD for plaids & prints, trend analysis and lifestyle presentation. It has a product development centre which provides comprehensive service to its customers.
The Indian Terrain brand products are sold through five of the company`s own stores and retailed through 276 national store chains and multi brand outlets. Several international brands source their requirement of shirts from the company. Some regular customers are Kohl`s Corporation, Timberland, and Eddiebauer from USA; Diesel, Marlboro Classics and Armani from Europe.
The registered office is at 107-A GST Road, Chrompet, Chennai-600044, Tamil Nadu.
