The application services division, BlueAlly, provides specialized application development, maintenance, and support services worldwide. Assessed for SEI CMM Level 5, the company operates through offices spanning Europe, Asia and America. It has development centers in India and China and the offshore centers focus on healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and services especially on client server technologies and internet technologies, customer relationship management tool remedies and wireless application protocol.

In FY07, the company signed a definitive agreement to acquire Boston Communications Group for approximately USD 65 million. To expand operations in USA, the company entered into contract with Xero Mobile, USA to provide customized and turnkey management of its VOISE platform and XIUS-bcgi signed a multi-million, multi-year application service provider (ASP) agreement with US-based Keystone Wireless to enhance the company`s subscriber experience and competitiveness in the US market. The company has established a global reach across USA, India, UK, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Germany and several other countries catering to clients such as Philips, Metlife, Hutch, Mobitel, GSM, Novartis, Sun Chemical and Orange to name a few.
