National Steel and Agro Industries (NSAIL) was formerly known as `National Steel Industries`. It is a Ruchi group company and was set up in 1985. The company operates in two business segments that of steel manufacturing and agro trading.
The company under its steel manufacturing division manufactures galvanized plain steel coils, galvanized plain steel sheets and galvanized corrugated steel sheets. NSAIL also manufactures ultra-thin gauge GP and GC sheets, which is used in roofing, defense, construction, automobile and white goods industries. The company`s products are marketed under the brand name `APPU`.
The company has its manufacturing facility at Village Sejwaya, dist. Dhar in Madhya Pradesh. It has installed capacity to produce 210,000 of GP/GC coils and sheets; 240,000 of CR coils and 80,000 of color coated coils and sheets. It has technical collaboration with CMI, Belgium, Phoenix Works, Belgium and Stein Heurtey, France.
NSAIL under its agro trading division deals in various agro related products such as, beans, pulses and others.
The company exports around 35% of its total output to countries like South-East Asia, African countries, Middle-East and to other neighbouring countries. |
