Neuland Laboratories Ltd (NLL), established as a single product company, manufactures diversified range of Pharmaceutical products. The company was incorporated in 1984. It is a contract manufacturer for the drug and received FDA approval for manufacture of non-sterile APIs produced by chemical synthesis. It manufactures bulk drugs such as salbutamol sulphate, terbutaline sulphate, labetalol hydrochloride and ciprofloxacin. NLL has two manufacturing facilities close to the city of Hyderabad ( India ) which are located at Bonthapally and Pashamylaram. Both facilities are USFDA `systems` inspected and have the facilities of reactions including Bromination, Diazotization, Friedel - Craft, Hydrogenation, Mannich, Grignard, Metal Hydride reduction, Oxidation and Cryogenic reactions. Unit-1 with Six Blocks covering 2195 Sq. Mtrs is a small volume high value production facility and consists of reaction vessels that range between 20 litres through 300 litres. This facility with total Reactor Volume of 95 KL (M3) manufactures Anti-Asthmatics, Cardiovasculars, Anti-Bacterials, CNS and Anti-Fungal. Unit-2 with three blocks covering 1968 sq. Mt. is a high volume facility with dedicated production blocks for range of products including Fluoroquinlones, Anti-Ulcerants, and Prostaglandins. This facility has total reactor volume of 300 KL with a large reactor of 5000 litres size. The company also has well equipped research & development facilities at Bonthapally. NLL is recognized by the Govt. of India as an Export house. The Company has supplied its products to customers around the globe. Prominent markets include USA, Canada, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, South Africa, Turkey, Jordan, Iran, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and also East European countries. Neuland supplies APIs to over 75 countries. |
