Nucent Finance (NUCENTFI), incorporated on Jul. 04, 1983 as a public company, has restructured activities and is now engaged in real estate development and management consultancy. Earlier known as Pressman, it got its present name with effect from Sep. 25, 2000. The company has been promoted by the Suchanti family, who have also promoted Pressman Advertising & Marketing.
After exiting from the finance and financial services business, the company has diversified into real estate development. It arranges real estate deals to improve profitability and also continues to recover non performing asset dues through pursuance of civil and criminal suits filed against defaulters from its earlier hire purchase and leasing business.
