Emerging markets are trying to de-couple themselves from the US slowdown, which is a fact now. But unfortunately the weak global trends are affecting us amid crude oil surging to $99 a barrel.

FII selling out for last few days and today there was a total panic selling in mid and small caps.

We see that in the medium to long term, mid caps are going to perform better than the large caps. After this huge sellout, the market might dampen for the next few days. Also it is a good buying opportunity for quality mid caps and large caps.
