Mahindra Composites to mull over dividend

Mahindra Composites Limited has notified BSE that a conference of the Board of Directors of the Firm will happen on April 26, 2011, itner alia, to take on record the Audited Fiscal Results of the Firm for the year that lasted on March 31, 2011 and suggestion of dividend for the fiscal year 2010-2011, if any.
