Divi`s Laboratories (Divi`s) is a Hyderabad-based active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates company established in 1990. The company is mainly into the development of new processes for the production of active pharma ingredients (APIs) & intermediates. The company`s main manufacturing and research and development centre was set up in 1995 in Hyderabad and its second manufacturing facility was started in 2002 in Visakhapatnam. Both these facilities are mainly engaged in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates for generics, custom synthesis of APIs and advanced intermediates for discovery compounds for pharma giants, building blocks for peptides, building blocks for nucleotides, carotenoids and chiral ligands. The company is also into contract research of process development for discovering new compounds. With five years of experience, expertise and a proven track-record of helping many companies with its turn-key and consulting strengths, Divis Laboratories established its first manufacturing facility in 1995. Built on a 300 acre site at Hyderabad (Unit-I). the plant comprises of 13 multi-purpose production blocks and has space for further growth and expansion. Divis Laboratories set up its second manufacturing facility at Visakhapatnam (Unit-II). in the year 2002 on a 314 acre site. The site has 7 multi purpose production blocks.
