VST Tillers Tractors (VSTTILL), established in 1965, is engaged in manufacturing tillers, tractors and diesel engines. It was set up by the VST group in association and joint venture with the Mitsubishi Group, Japan. The VST group has business interests in the sectors of automotive and manufacturing. VST motors, India Garage & Service Station, India Garage & Service Station, Southern Motors, Metro Ford, Chennai Ford, City Honda, VST Auto Agencies, VST Service Station, VST Auto Ancillaries, Gove Investment & Finance co., K.S. Transports, VST & Sons, And Crest Constructions are other group companies. The ISO 9001 certified company manufactures the Mitsubishi Shakti power tillers, tractors and diesel engines, and precision custom made auto components. The manufacturing units are located at Bangalore, Hosur, and Mysore in Karnataka with installed capacities of 3,000 diesel engines, 13,000 power tillers and tractors and 216,000 precision components. In FY07, it introduced the Chinese make Dragon power tillers, which qualify for subsidy under various schemes. Marketing its products globally, diesel engines, power tillers and tractors are routed to Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and USA. The registered office is located at P. No. 1, Dyavasandra Indu Layout, P.B. NO. 4801, Whitefield Road, Bangalore-560048, Karnataka.
