Crew BOS Products (CREWBOS) is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting fashion accessories and home decoration products made from fabrics, leather, metal, wood, ..etc. The company was incorporated in the year 1988 as Motherson Unimetex. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to the present one. The chairman and managing director of the company is Tarun Oberoi. The company has four business divisions; fashion bags and wallets, belts and footwear, home goods, and watch strap. The company`s product range includes belts, bags, portfolios, business cases, footwear, wallets, boxes, furniture to home furnishings. In order to enlarge and strengthen its product portfolio, it has recently started manufacturing and exporting watch straps. The company has forayed into the domestic retail market with its Italian finish brands Crew Republica and Tempesta. The company`s manufacturing facilities are located at Gurgaon and Manesar in Haryana and a new one in Jalandhar, Punjab. Subsidiaries include Crew Home Products in New Delhi, La Tatva s.r.l in Milan, Italy, and Crew BOS Far East in Hong Kong. The company recently formed a new subsidiary Crew Style Works to enter into the domestic market. The company has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Leather Crafts India, Chennai for setting up a joint venture company called Crew MAG Exports to manufacture and export footwear and related products. The company`s client list includes Next PLC, Esprit, Zara, Massimodutti, Armani Exchange, TESCO and H&M in Europe. The customers in USA include GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Chico`s and Fossil. The registered office is at 813/C, Jaina Tower 1, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 and corporate office at 199 Phase 1, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana-122016.
