Formerly known as Accel ICIM Frontline, Chennai-based Accel Frontline was established in 1991. It is a joint venture formed between Accel and Frontline Technologies Corporation of Singapore. The company commenced operations by providing multi-vendor services for computers systems. Multi-location operations commenced in 1992 with offices in Coimbatore and Thiruvananthapuram. The company took over a computer manufacturing unit from Kothari group of companies in 1993 to provide system integration and product solutions. The IT infrastructure services division of the company provides end-to-end solutions for all IT infrastructure and integration needs of corporate and government customers. In the enterprise application market the company provides CMMi Level 5 Software. The BPO services offered by Accel allow international OEMs to provide warranty and post warranty fulfillment services for their technology products in India. Financials The company disclosed rise of 110.34% in consolidated net profit on y-o-y basis to Rs 24.40 million, while total income climbed 36.10% y-o-y basis to Rs 916.80 million for the quarter ended December 2010.
