Dolphin Offshore`s diving and underwater services include Air, mixed gas and saturation diving, Underwater construction services including pre-engineering surveys, Diving support for pipe laying, including free spans and crossings, Inspection, maintenance and repair of platforms, rigs, and pipelines, Installation and replacement of pipelines, risers and conductors, Underwater ship repair and maintenance, including cleaning and leak repairs, Inspections required for ABS, DNV and USCG certifications and Rig support diving services. The company provides turnkey onshore and offshore fabrication and installation services including Topside modifications to platforms, clamp-on structures, clamp and protector installation, deck extensions, boat landing and running conductors, Platform revamp, including painting, Turnkey repairs to spud-can, mud-mats, shock foundations, and jack-up rigs using semi-submersibles and cofferdams techniques, Replacement of cranes, chlorinators, deluge systems, and other equipment, Piping work, Structural work comprising of steel modules and assemblies, and painting, Installation and revamping of accommodation quarters, Fabrication and installation of walk way bridges, and Electrical and instrumentation works. Onshore services include Turnkey projects for revamp of plant piping and structural works, including pre-engineering surveys, preparation of ISO's and bill of materials, transportation, storage of equipment and materials. Dolphin Offshore provides technical management, maintenance, services and crewing for dynamically positioned multi-purpose support and diving vessels, offshore construction vessels and barges, geo-technical vessels, anchor handling and supply vessels, bulk carriers, container ships and other general cargo vessels, and tug and barge flotillas. Ship Repairs are also undertaken by the company at its facilities in Navi Mumbai including Floating, dry dock and in-situ emergency repairs, Underwater repairs and maintenance, including underwater cleaning, painting of valves, structure and propellers, Piping and structural repairs, Engine repairs and overhauls, Electrical, electronic, and hydraulic repairs, Underwater repairs to rigs without dry docking using coffer dams, Hull plating, structural and piping repairs and replacements, Repairs to spud can and legs, Shock pads, coamings replacements, Accommodation quarter repairs and refurbishment.
