Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited Company Profile

Gokul Refoils and Solvent is primarily engaged in the business of solvent extraction, refining of edible oils and manufacturing vanaspati. It was incorporated as a private limited company on Dec. 29, 1992 and converted into a public limited company on Jul. 01, 1994. The company has been promoted by Balvantsinh Rajput and Kanubhai Thakkar, the founders and promoters of the Gokul group, which also include Profitline Securities, Shantiniketan Financial Services and Gokul Overseas. The ISO 9001:2000 certified company processes seeds and extracts solvents to produce oil cakes, solvent extracted oil, de-oiled cakes; refining of mustard, soyabean, sunflower, groundnut, cottonseed, and palm oil; and hydrogenation of oil to produce edible clarified butter. The manufacturing units are located at Sidhpur in North Gujarat, Anjar in the Kutch district, and Navi Pardi in South Gujarat with 680 TPD seed processing, 600 TPD solvent extraction, 1,200 TPD refining and 200 TPD vanaspati manufacturing capacities. It has four wind mills in Kutch with a total capacity of 5 MW. The company started generated considerable goodwill in the export market and has penetrated markets in South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and other countries. The registered office is located at State Highway No. 41, Near Sujanpur Patia, Sidhpur-384151, Gujarat.
