Kothari Products (KOTHARIPRO) is engaged mainly in the manufacture and marketing of Pan Parag and the Yes brand of bottled water. Established as a partnership firm on Aug. 18, 1973, it was incorporated as a private limited company on Sep. 17, 1983 and became a public limited company on Nov. 17, 1983. The company is part of the Kothari group which has multiple business activities including 7-Up coconut oil, budget detergent products, social activities, and sponsors of events. The flagship brand is Pan Parag, which is sold in different flavors and variants. The company also offers gutkha, zarda, khaini, supari and mawa. Other brand names include Parag and Supreme. Kothari has its pan masala and gutkha plants located at Kanpur and Noida in Uttar Pradesh and Jorhat in Assam. Its beverages plants are located at Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh, Nadiad in Gujarat and Thane in Maharashtra. An extensive domestic selling and distribution network for is in place, and its products are exported directly as well as through merchant exporters to Mexico, Kenya, Australia, Singapore, Middle East, Japan, Maldives, South Africa, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, and Thailand among other countries. Sukhdham Constructions & Developers, Arti Web-Developers, Pan Parag India and Kothari Products Singapore are subsidiary companies. The registered office of the company is located at Pan Parag House, 24/19 The Mall, Kanpur-208001, Uttar Pradesh.
