Sanwaria Agro Oils Limited Company Profile

Sanwaria Agro Oils (SANWARIA), incorporated on Apr. 22, 1991, is an agro-based company engaged in solvent extraction. It is part of the Sanwaria group, which also has Sanwaria Energy, Sanwaria Infrastructures and Sanwaria Foods as group companies. The company manufactures soya lecithin, which is used as an emulsifier in confectionery, aquafeed, poultry feed, paints, inks, explosives animal feed and other areas. It increases life of products, reduces fat content, and enables easy spreading of the product. Soyabean meal is manufactured for use as cattle feed. The manufacturing units are located at Itarsi and Mandideep in Madhya Pradesh with an installed capacity of 1,000 MT per day solvent extraction and 150 MT per day refined oil. In line with its plans of foraying into infrastructure and energy, the company has set up and commissioned the first phase of 2.4 MW wind power project on Mar. 31, 2007. The power generated would be used captively. It markets its range of edible oil under the brand names Sulabh, Narmada and Sanwaria. The registered office is located at 19-30 Industrial Area, Kheda, Itrasi-461111, Madhya Pradesh.
