Relaxo Footwear (RELAXO) is engaged in manufacturing slippers, joggers, casuals and school shoes. It was incorporated as a private limited company on Sep. 13, 1984 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on Mar. 31, 1993.
The ISO 9001:2000 certified company offers footwear in the categories of Hawaii, Casual, Joggers, and Schoolmate. It has nine manufacturing units with a combined production capacity of over 100 million pairs per annum catering to premium shoe brands like Nike and Dunlop and with a customer base of around 100 million people in India.
The company has a separate export division catering to the markets in USA and Europe. The client list includes a number of international brands.
