Consolidated Construction Consortium provides integrated turn-key construction services. The company was incorporated on Jul. 11, 1997. The chairman and chief executive officer of the company is R. Sarabeswar and S. Sivaramakrishnan is the managing director.
The company provides integrated turn-key construction services in the industrial, commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors of the construction industry. Services include construction design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management and allied services like mechanical and electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, interior fit-out services and glazing solutions. Services are provided either directly or through subsidiaries like Consolidated Interiors, Ugasoft, M&E division, and Noble Consolidated Glazings (proposed). The company is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
The company has executed 334 projects, comprising of 104 industrial projects, 172 commercial projects, 14 infrastructure projects, and 44 residential projects across 14 states and union territories in India. The built up area of the projects constructed aggregates approximately 19 million sq. ft. Some prominent projects completed include a 10,000 sq. m. large span prayer hall at Sringeri; a dome structure with a 53 meter diameter for Infosys Technologies in Hyderabad; airport terminal buildings at Thiruchirapalli and Thiruvananthapuram airports; and many more.
As of Apr. 30, 2007, the company is executing 130 projects and has received orders for six projects on which it is yet to commence construction. The company has regional offices in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune and Kolkata. Private sector clientele include Infosys Technologies, Ascendas IT Park, Airport Authority of India, Infosys Foundation etc. Public sector clients include the AAI and public utility works like power distribution entities and water supply boards.
