Kolte Patil Developers is a real estate developer engaged in residential and commercial projects. It was incorporated as a private limited company on Nov. 25, 1991 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on Apr 1, 1995.
The ISO 9001:2000 certified company is engaged in residential projects, integrated townships, information technology parks, commercial complexes. It develops and constructs properties mainly in Pune and Bangalore. As of Dec. 31, 2006, the company developed and constructed 22 projects in Pune and 3 in Bangalore, covering a total of approximately 3.67 million sq. ft. saleable area. Of these 25 projects, 16 are residential complexes, 4 commercial complexes, 3 complexes designed for mixed residential and commercial use, and 2 IT parks. Completed projects include Hills & Dales, Lapiz Lazuli, Pink City, GigaSpace in Pune and Floriana Estates, Whispering Meadows and Surabhi in Bangalore.
The company has 28 projects under development, including 24 in Pune and 4 in Bangalore. These projects will generate over 14.58 million sq. ft. of saleable area and will include 5 IT parks, 11 commercial complexes, 10 residential complexes, 1 serviced apartment building and 1 integrated township. As on Dec. 22 2006, the company had around 29.76 million sq. ft. of estimated developable land area in and around Pune, Bangalore and Panvel having a net value of approximately INR 18,667 million.
ReGenesis Project Management Company is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Recent awards include first prize from the Government of Maharashtra for Best IT Infrastructure in Maharashtra for its GigaSpace IT Park project in Pune.
