IVR Prime Urban Developers (IVRPRIME), a subsidiary of IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects, is a real estate development company focusing on integrated townships, residential developments and commercial projects, including hotels, retail malls, information technology (IT) parks and other projects in various parts of India. It was incorporated on June 28, 1996 by the promoters E. Sudhir Reddy (chairman and joint managing director) and E. Sunil Reddy (managing director) and got its current name on June 12, 2006.
As of June 21, 2007, the company`s land reserves consisted of approximately 2,478.85 acres, representing approximately 75.45 million sq. ft. of saleable area, in the cities of Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Noida. The company has completed development of a built-up area of approximately two million sq. ft. consisting of 17 high-rise towers with 664 apartments and 125 independent villas.
IVR Prime has six projects in Hyderabad; Hitec City Project (residential and commercial), Hill Ridge Project (commercial) and Hill Ridge Springs (residential). In Bangalore it has four residential projects at Jigani; Green vista, Whitefield Apartment; Whitefield Kudlu, Hosur Road; and a commercial project at Prime Lake, Begur. In Chennai it has two commercial/residential projects at Prime Celestial, Vayalur and Prime Pacific, Sriperumbudur. It also has other residential projects at Visakhapatnam, Pune (three projects), and Noida (three projects); and a commercial project at Noida.
