Jaypee Infratech Limited Company Profile
The company has posted a decline of 2.58% in net profit which stood at Rs 3785.10 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2010 as compared to Rs 3885.30 million for the quarter ended Dec.31, 2009. 31-OCT-10 Jaypee Infratech has announced a rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2010. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 20.71 times, to Rs 4,116.70 million from Rs 198.70 million in the same quarter previous year. 29-MAY-10 Jaypee Infratech, a Jaypee Group company, today reported 83% jump in profit after tax for the quarter ended Mar. 31, 2010, at Rs 4.87 billion. The company recorded Rs 2.67 billion in profit after tax in the same period last year. 21-MAY-10 Equity shares of Jaypee Infratech which hit the bourses today settled at Rs 92.20, 9.61% discount against the issue price of Rs 12 a share. It touched a high of 98.80 and a low of Rs 90. A total of 36,252,022 shares exchanged hands.
